Graduate engineer with direct experience as a representative working
with water districts as District Engineer or similar capacity. Licensed
Professional Engineer or Engineer-in-Training preferred but not required.
Position requirement
include:
•
Good interpersonal skills and experience in working with water district
board members and other district consultants;
•
Technical proficiency and understanding of relevant TCEQ regulations
and rules for water districts;
•
Knowledge and understanding of water plants and distribution systems;
•
Knowledge and understanding of wastewater facilities, lift stations
and collection system;
•
Experience in the preparation of plans and contract manuals;
•
Experience and understanding of the relationship and financial ties
between districts and developers;
•
Willingness to work in a collaborative environment
